This document summarizes the results of a mixed-method study involving 563 science teachers from 5 countries who participated in a MOOC on preparing teachers as reflective practitioners. Key findings include: - 46% of teachers completed the course, with novices having a higher completion rate. The most useful resources were forums, assignments, and video clips. - Teachers were motivated to make lessons more enjoyable and fun for students. The MOOC was a novelty for many. - After the course, more teachers addressed curriculum needs, made lessons more topical and increased science interests in their teaching strategies. - Evidence suggests students' achievements improved, such as addressing real-world issues through inquiry skills.
