Stakeholder
 A problem solver, expert iOS and android developer,
results oriented, self motivate, leader of a team.
Say
 To me it is clear... I had to look for a job as it doesnt comes to you
 I knew it was going to be difficult to find a job when you have suburban
area background
 It took me time to find my first job
 I help students during this period of time on a better orientation before
choosing a major and how ethics and values are the key elements to
show during the transition
 Our education system doesnt prepare students which roles they can
assume in organization and which activities are related to that role, you
can very well foresee this while you are interviewing fresh graduates.
 Lots of students fail to show the skills and gets confused while they start
facing the real world and are out of their colleges
Thinks
 He thinks most situations that can affect a person
during the transition can be overcome by your
attitude, hardwork and will to sacrifice
 He thinks if you are willing to mark successful
career you need to be motivated and start adding
enthusiasm towards research and development
because it will help you when you start the
transition
Feels
 I believe it makes him frustrate when he interviews
young people with no passion for the career they
have choosed.
 He believs that there are enough jobs for the
people but they don't search the way they should
 Lastly but not the least the thing which makes him
more angry and sarcastic when people exagerates
or lie in their resumes with the thoughts that they
can decieve the system.
Insight
 Hard work, and the passion for what you are
studying and the values which makes your
character are the key to survival when you are
transitioning
 There should be a filtration system or process that
teaches you which role will led you to the success
door.
Problem Statement
 Stakeholder needs a way to invest his focus on how
to correlate with the system and produce or define
a filtration process through which people can have
success in the transition from school to work.
Ideate
 Career Counseling
 Professionals with experience consultation with students
on choosing the career
 Motivating the student to choose the line that interests
him
 The stakeholder should organize the events in which the
career path should be well defined
 Summer programs
 Course building
Three Selected ideas
 Professionals with Experience Counseling the
students
Stake holders should take sometime out and invest
it in the young blood with there ideas on career
selection and motivating them and sharing their
problems with them and try to resolve them so that
the students should take interest and get them well
versed in career selection

Stakeholders should organize summer programs
where the students can join the internship summer
programs where they can learn about their career
more professionally and understand the in and outs
of the career they want to select

Stakeholders should help building the course
models for the pursuance of the career more
professionally. This will help the students to be in
the practical field and develop interest in their
career path right from the very beginning.

  • 2. Stakeholder  A problem solver, expert iOS and android developer, results oriented, self motivate, leader of a team.
  • 3. Say  To me it is clear... I had to look for a job as it doesnt comes to you  I knew it was going to be difficult to find a job when you have suburban area background  It took me time to find my first job  I help students during this period of time on a better orientation before choosing a major and how ethics and values are the key elements to show during the transition  Our education system doesnt prepare students which roles they can assume in organization and which activities are related to that role, you can very well foresee this while you are interviewing fresh graduates.  Lots of students fail to show the skills and gets confused while they start facing the real world and are out of their colleges
  • 4. Thinks  He thinks most situations that can affect a person during the transition can be overcome by your attitude, hardwork and will to sacrifice  He thinks if you are willing to mark successful career you need to be motivated and start adding enthusiasm towards research and development because it will help you when you start the transition
  • 5. Feels  I believe it makes him frustrate when he interviews young people with no passion for the career they have choosed.  He believs that there are enough jobs for the people but they don't search the way they should  Lastly but not the least the thing which makes him more angry and sarcastic when people exagerates or lie in their resumes with the thoughts that they can decieve the system.
  • 6. Insight  Hard work, and the passion for what you are studying and the values which makes your character are the key to survival when you are transitioning  There should be a filtration system or process that teaches you which role will led you to the success door.
  • 7. Problem Statement  Stakeholder needs a way to invest his focus on how to correlate with the system and produce or define a filtration process through which people can have success in the transition from school to work.

Ideate  Career Counseling  Professionals with experience consultation with students on choosing the career  Motivating the student to choose the line that interests him  The stakeholder should organize the events in which the career path should be well defined  Summer programs  Course building
  • 9. Three Selected ideas  Professionals with Experience Counseling the students Stake holders should take sometime out and invest it in the young blood with there ideas on career selection and motivating them and sharing their problems with them and try to resolve them so that the students should take interest and get them well versed in career selection
  • 10. Three Selected ideas  Summer Programs Stakeholders should organize summer programs where the students can join the internship summer programs where they can learn about their career more professionally and understand the in and outs of the career they want to select
  • 11. Three Selected ideas  Course Building Stakeholders should help building the course models for the pursuance of the career more professionally. This will help the students to be in the practical field and develop interest in their career path right from the very beginning.
