Emmanuel is a holder of bachelor degree in Statistics (BA Statistics) masters in project management on progress
with good using Statistical Packages for data analysis (SPSS and Epi Info) with 3 years working experience in
project, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, and experience in conducting research studies both (Quantitative
and qualitative), data management, data analysis and good report writing at the donor foundered NGO in the
field of sexual and reproductive health and family planning with integration of HIV/AIDS.

1. March 2012 to Present: Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: - Marie Stopes Tanzania
based in Dar Es Salaam with frequent travel to field offices and project sites.
Key Achievements
 Managed to conduct Exit interview study to the clients attending Family Planning services
provided by MST through Outreach and Clinics (Planning, budgeting, sampling, recruiting
research assistants, training and orientation research assistants on the exit interview
questionnaire, field monitoring, data cleaning, data analysis, interpretation of the findings and
report writing)
 Managed to prepare and implement USAID project monitoring and evaluation activities at MST
(Develop M&E Plan for the USAID/DFID bilateral project, reporting on the basic indicators of

project from 2013 to Nov 2014 when the project closed.
 Review collected data from the outreach sites for its completeness, reliability, and integrity so as
to have the quality data for reporting and decision making at the management level.
 Conducted quarterly DQA to the outreach teams office and sites so as to ensure quality of data
before reporting to the management and to donors.
 Managed to prepare MST fact sheets for different districts for advocating on family planning
 Wrote abstract for different National and International conferences (e.g. National family
planning conference in Tanzania 2013 and the International Family planning conference in
Ethiopia November 2013)
 Conducted monthly verification of centres and outreach performance data with SUN system data
and conducted quarterly supervision visits to centres and outreach to crosscheck the use of
routine data collection tools (client registers and other reports submitted to Support Office)
 Keep data in proper systems i.e. Family planning data and other general health services data.
