 As Data entry and biometric operator, on daily bases, I conduct registration of
new arrival refugees, new born babies in the camp and asylum seekers using
UNHCR progress database and issue documentation confirming the status
accorded by UNHCR.
 Created individual physical files for newly registered refugees and undertake
filing of relevant documentation.
 Generate daily statistics for daily registered new arrival refugees, new born
babies and asylum seekers if any for management daily report.
 Perform quality check and data cleaning on data to ensure data integrity and
data validity.
 On monthly bases I do compilation of the total statistics for the whole of the
registered number of new arrival refugees, new born babies and asylum
seekers for management routine report & undertake data analysis as required
and assist in operational data management including updating progress
records, importing and exporting data and other tasks as required.

 As information management assistant, I provided guidance and support to
M&E and program staff on data management and utilization as well as
providing statistics on the indicators to the TAs/PMs for their routine report.
 On monthly bases, updating the indicators performance tracking table (IPTT)
for different thematic areas such as Health, Nutrition, Education, Food
security and Livelihoods, child protection, child right and governance,
Emergencies. Etc.
 On quarterly and annual bases I do compilation of the total reach statistics for
the whole of the projects across the thematic areas.
 At the field level, I provided technical support and training to M&E and other
program staff on data management (data collection, data entry & quality
assurance of the data). Managed soft data sent from field locations and
