I am a result oriented and resourceful person with 3 years plus working experience in
the field of monitoring and evaluation, spatial analysis and information management
system.
Expert in using Microsoft excel (pivot table), SPSS, Epi-data entry and analysis,
emergence nutrition assessment (ENA), nutrition information system (NIS), statistics
and data (STATA), health management information system (HMIS), UNHCR profile
global registration system (PROGRES) database, Microsoft Access and mobile data
collection application tools (Kobo toolbox, surveyCto, mobile ODK etc.).
Previously I worked for save the children, UNHCR refugee’s agency and Cardiff

Maban Refugees verification operations, upper Nile,
south Sudan
 As Data entry and biometric operator, on daily bases, I conduct registration of
new arrival refugees, new born babies in the camp and asylum seekers using
UNHCR progress database and issue documentation confirming the status
accorded by UNHCR.
 Created individual physical files for newly registered refugees and undertake
filing of relevant documentation.
 Generate daily statistics for daily registered new arrival refugees, new born
babies and asylum seekers if any for management daily report.
 Perform quality check and data cleaning on data to ensure data integrity and
data validity.
 On monthly bases I do compilation of the total statistics for the whole of the
registered number of new arrival refugees, new born babies and asylum
seekers for management routine report & undertake data analysis as required
and assist in operational data management including updating progress
records, importing and exporting data and other tasks as required.
 At community service level, I assist in outreach program by providing
counselling to UN persons of concern regarding their case status and
registration process.
 At protection/ litigation level, I participated in refugees’ status determination
(RSD) support activities; Conducting first track Refugees status determination
(RSD) interview and recommendation including the creation of physical files,
ensuring translations are prepared, filing of documents, scheduling of RSD
interviews, notification of RSD decisions and other activities as required..

(Monitoring & evaluation)

 As information management assistant, I provided guidance and support to
M&E and program staff on data management and utilization as well as
providing statistics on the indicators to the TAs/PMs for their routine report.
 On monthly bases, updating the indicators performance tracking table (IPTT)
for different thematic areas such as Health, Nutrition, Education, Food
security and Livelihoods, child protection, child right and governance,
Emergencies. Etc.
 On quarterly and annual bases I do compilation of the total reach statistics for
the whole of the projects across the thematic areas.
 At the field level, I provided technical support and training to M&E and other
program staff on data management (data collection, data entry & quality
assurance of the data). Managed soft data sent from field locations and
checking it for its consistency, completeness and accuracy and advices to the
M&E and program staff and how to improve the data quality and
completeness.

 Designed a guideline for data management activities.
 Troubleshooting of any problem related to the database.
 Assist and advice staffs on data analysis and management.
 Ensure that SCI data is managed and the data report is sent to juba on timely
bases.

household survey to investigate the viability of mobile banking in low literacy
and vast income environment of south Sudan. This survey was conducted for
master dissertation with the university of wales, United Kingdom.

  • 3. 5/6/2016 to 30/05/2017: Information management Assistant (Monitoring & evaluation) Save the children, Juba, south Sudan  As information management assistant, I provided guidance and support to M&E and program staff on data management and utilization as well as providing statistics on the indicators to the TAs/PMs for their routine report.  On monthly bases, updating the indicators performance tracking table (IPTT) for different thematic areas such as Health, Nutrition, Education, Food security and Livelihoods, child protection, child right and governance, Emergencies. Etc.  On quarterly and annual bases I do compilation of the total reach statistics for the whole of the projects across the thematic areas.  At the field level, I provided technical support and training to M&E and other program staff on data management (data collection, data entry & quality assurance of the data). Managed soft data sent from field locations and checking it for its consistency, completeness and accuracy and advices to the M&E and program staff and how to improve the data quality and completeness. Others  Designed a guideline for data management activities.  Troubleshooting of any problem related to the database.  Assist and advice staffs on data analysis and management.  Ensure that SCI data is managed and the data report is sent to juba on timely bases.  Data verification (site visit). 9/2/2013 to 25/2/2013: Research Assistant (Mobile banking project baseline survey) MBA dissertation, university of wales, king Edward vii Avenue Cardiff CF 103 NS, united kingdom  As Research assistant (mobile banking project baseline survey), I Conducted household survey to investigate the viability of mobile banking in low literacy and vast income environment of south Sudan. This survey was conducted for master dissertation with the university of wales, United Kingdom.
