Duties and Responsibilities:
 Advising the Project Team and Management for all HSE related Matters
 Evolving and executing HSE Policies and Programmers
 Coordinating with Governmental agencies for All HSE related matters
 Ensuring and implementing HSE related activities to full fill QCS and other existing laws of Qatar.
 To develop awareness among employees about the necessity of a safety program in their
routine activities, also to encourage them to take safety as a habit or part of life more than

 To develop the company's documentations like HSEMS Plan, Safety Plan/Procedures Project
Safety Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency Plan etc. pertaining to the client
requirements.
 Onsite inspection to verify the method statement and procedures are adhered to.
 Organize co-ordination meeting with contractors and Client representative to discuss and verify
all the safety measures are in place.
 Providing necessary advice and guidelines to the Project Management Team to improve the
overall safety standards at site.
 Conduct training for the Management team and Workforce.
 Coordination with authorities MIC/Qatar Petroleum & consultants and attending meetings with
them to discuss and sort out HSE related issues and ensuring the project is executed according
to the authority’s NOC conditions without fail.
 Analyzing and evaluating of Accident / Incident reports submitted from various projects to find
out the causes and adopting proper preventive measures.
 To investigate all Accidents & Near misses for root causes & recommendations to prevent re-
occurrence. Prepare reports & follow up on recommendation.
 Conducting Road Safety Campaigns.
 Arrange and ensure regular safety Audits/Inspection’s as per Company/Client requirements.
 Analize lapses, near misses and take appropriate action to avoid re- occurrence
 Prepare Activity Risk Assessment to all jobs before the start of any job with the Project Team.
 Ensure to provide HSE Orientation for the new employees in co-ordination with Safety
