(Pre-primary & Primary Sub-sector)
• Supported and participated in the implementation of sector PAF Monitoring activities (Proposal
preparation, field monitoring & report writing)

• Monitored and produced progress reports regarding the implementation of H.E Presidential –
Manifesto 2006-2011.

obligations, preparing annual & quarterly work plans /progress reports, attend meetings etc).

2. Administrator: - Gayaza Road Child Development Center, Kampala (A Child sponsorship
program for promoting child development, welfare and advocacy
Directly responsible for assessing school fees requirements for orphaned children receiving assistance
from the Organization and this at times entailed carrying out filed surveys to establish family welfare of the
target children. Organizing monthly meetings during which parents of the sponsored children would be
informed of any new developments as well as compiling and updating funds records released at end of
every month.

• Successfully started a financial compiling system for the centers
• Improved and ensured timely communication between donors and sponsored children.
• Organized meeting and successfully ensure proper day to day running of the office

• Sensitized parents about other available financial sources, child advocacy centers within the
Ugandan police, district probation officers and FIDA.
