o Case Management Help Desk responsible for assisting front line Case Management associates with difficult
scenarios requested by customers.
o After becoming a subject matter expert in the area, I was moved into quality audits, assisting with our contractor
partners, and updating training material. I review reporting for illogical conditions and training opportunities within
the help desk team.
o Other projects included creating a process map through Visio, and calibrating with management for creating,
defining, and implementing quality control execution points for 2015.

o Large Loan Level Review team in charge of providing an analysis on large list of loan numbers needing a high
level and loan level review. I successfully provided detailed information and findings of the file in multiple formats
reported to executive leadership.
o I created training material, presentation, and organized a mass training session for new associates on boarding to a
new assigned process on my team. I created quality control measures and tracking for the new associates along
with weekly 4 blocker reporting.

o My daily responsibilities included monitoring of the HomeSaver assignment queue. Managing and delegating
responsibilities for the Held for Investment assignment team, reviewing inventory pipeline, and 2MP Mailing
Vendor relations.
o I maintained strong relationships with internal lines of business and assisted in designing a new portfolio
assignment process.
o My team consisted of associates working across the United States. I was able to create strong bonds and encourage
each associate to reach their full potential.
January 2008 – June 2010 Senior Operations Analyst for Bank Of America Home Retention Department
o My successes included daily reporting using software programs such as Tableau and the department Strategic
Reporting Platform (SRP). I successfully created weekly and monthly presentations in Power Point for upper
management.
o I was responsible for overseeing files sent to India agents within the business unit to work, and constantly
communicating with India in daily emails and weekly meetings as the liaison. I achieved daily tasks including
maintaining the assignment roster, answering all questions from our India team and stateside team, and completing
an Exception log of loans not completed the night before by the India agents for the stateside team to complete.
o I used Visio to create and maintained a visual of the assignment process from both a high level and a loan level
overview for quality management. I successfully created and maintained job aids, quality spreadsheets, and
performed quality audits.

o My successes included filing FHA claims with HUD for all FHA Modifications, Partial Claims, Special
Forbearances, and Short Sales able to be filed. Other responsibilities include monthly document reports, and a
report to management about non claimable loans. I kept up with a portfolio of around 200 loans daily making me
the top performer for multiple months.

o Daily I completed various tasks including opening shift manager, employee scheduling, hiring, training, excellent
customer satisfaction, money management, inventory, quality control, and fulfilling customer’s orders in a timely
