September 2009 – Current – Warehouse Associate, Direct Mail Solutions, Richmond, VA
Warehouse Associate primary responsibilities included:

•   Accept deliveries from outside vendors and distribute items to the appropriate department
•   Ensure drivers receive proper paperwork for delivery
•   Receive and safely unload raw materials
•   Verify packages by weight, material, description and key code
•   Accurately pulls material from the warehouse storage system from various departments
•   Operated strapping machines, sorted strapped mail onto specific pallets according to zip code
•   Wrapped finished pallets using an automatic plastic wrap machine
•   Ensured pallets receive proper tags prior to shipping
•   Verified all inventoried items by cross-referencing physical on-hand inventory with the print system
•   Operated forklifts and stand up lifts

October 2006 – September 2009 – Assistant Property Manager, Goodstein Development/Links

Real Estate and Property Management duties entailed:
• Addressed all resident concerns
• Answered incoming lines
• Leased units
• Entered and closed work orders assisted with all pre-rental requirements
• Assisted with closing units that were purchased
• Scheduled all maintenance such as painting, carpet cleaning and cleaning of unit
• Managed the showing and conducted inspection of units
• Verified credit history of potential residents
