As an educator, I want to be a role model others model themselves
after, by being Student-Centered, strong and fair Supporter of Faculty
and Staff, active Community Leader, focused Child Advocate, consistent

Listener. Consistently seeking new ways to do things better every day,
so that every decision is made in the best interest of students, families,
faculty, staff, administration, and community, to ultimately facilitate a
positive environment for success and continuous learning; to guide
quality education so students will be College and Career Ready when
they graduate from high school.
As an administrator, I want to cultivate a culture in my school which
respects faculty and staff, rewards them for smarter work, and
empowers them to do the job they were hired to do.
