This document contains recipes for several healthy dishes including: 1) A veggie burger made from minced meat, green beans, carrots, and salt that is flattened and cooked without oil. 2) A healthy mayonnaise made by beating together Greek yogurt, pepper, salt, lemon drops, and oil. 3) Healthy gums made by mixing water, gelatin, and neutral gelatin powder and heating then cooling in silicone molds.

3. Ingredients:
-mince
-green beans cut into pieces
-carrot cut into small pieces
-salt q.b.
Suggestion:
this recipe may take other vegetables.
Procedure:
1 -Boil the vegetables;
2-Mix the vegetables with minced
meat and a little salt;
3-The ingredients are placed in a
plastic bag and flatten, forming
the burger;
4-Burgers are placed in a nonstick
skillet without putting any fat.

5. Ingredients:
- greek yogurt natural without
sugar;
-pepper q.b.;
-salt q.b.;
-lemon drops;
-oil droplets.
Procedure:
-join all ingredients and beat
well.

13. Healthy Gums
Ingredients:
-200 ml of water with a sachet of
gelatine (to taste)
-two neutral gelatin powder sachets
Procedure:
The ingredients are mixed and goes to
heat for 2 minutes.
Then in the refrigerator will silicone
forms for one hour.

14. Ingredients:
1 package gelatin (any flavor)
2 natural Greek yoghurts
Procedure:
-makes the gelatin according to package directions;
-when cool , join yogurt;
-place in freezer until solid.
