Camping Outdoor Recipe
2 types of Burgers
*20 Minute Hamburger Skillet Stew
Ingredients:
1/4 lb Lean ground beef
1 lg Onion,sliced wafer-thin
4 Carrots,sliced wafer-thin
2 Potatoes,halved, sliced -wafer-thin
3 Ribs celery,sliced -wafer-thin
1 c Boiling water
2 t Beef extract OR bouillon
2 Bay leaves
1/4 t Dried thyme Salt OR garlic salt
Pepper
1/4 c Dry red wine -OR tomato -juice

2 T All purpose flour
2.Brown in skillet. Discard any fat.
3.Stir onion into skillet and cook for 1 min.
4.Add boiling water or broth and extract or bouillon.
5.Add remaining veggies, seasonings. Cover, cook over low heat, 15 mins until
vegs are tender.
6.Combine wine or water and our in a covered jar.
7.Shake and then remove from the jar and add to the skillet.
8.Once in skillet cook and stir until sauce is thick, 4 mins

1.Use a melon baller and shape meat into tiny meatballs.

4 Squares heavy duty foil (16x16 inches)
4 Carrots,chopped
1 can New potatoes,sliced (16oz)
2 sm Green peppers,chopped onion akes,Dehydrated
Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper,To Taste
Procedures:
2.Place each portion in the center of the aluminum foil square.
3.Top with equal portions of chopped carrots, potatoes and bell peppers.
4.Season with dehydrated onion akes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and/or pepper
to suit your taste.
5.Seal the foil, check for leaks.
*Foiled Burgers Aka "Jack Special"
Ingredients:
1 lb beef,Ground
1.Separate the meat into 4 portions.
