 South Africans LOVE to BRAAI (Barbeque)
 I love braai food because it is a mix of flavors.
 We usually have meat, green salad, potato salad,
tomato gravy, corn and garlic bread.
 Your plate should look colorful

 Buy bread
 Pre-heat oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-
20min

 Chop up your onion
 Cut cherry tomatoes in half
 Slice up an avocado
 Add 1 tin of sweet corn
 Toss your salad
 Add some balsamic vinegar for extra flavor
 Enjoy!!!

 Boil potatoes
 Chop them when cool
 Add 2 spoons of mayonnaise (more if you have 3+
potatoes)
 Add 2 spoons of peas
 Enjoy !!

 Chop 7 cherry tomatoes
 Dice 1 whole onion (small onion)
 Chop 1 spring onion
 Chop small bunch of coriander
 Enjoy !

hour.
 Braai the meat over a hot braai.
 Boil corn for 10 min
 Put the corn on the grill until lightly grilled.
 Enjoy !!!
