and oli.

Pan, knife, wisk.

4. DIRECTIONS
● Peel the vegetables
and cut them into
small pieces.

5. DIRECTIONS
Steam the vegetables to avoid the losing of vitamins.

6. DIRECTIONS
Blend the steamed
vegetables to make a
purée.

7. DIRECTIONS
● Ready to eat.

8. DIRECTIONS
Put it in a plate.
● You can add a pinch
of salt and some oil
to taste.
