2. To prevent the diseases it’s necessary
to keep some simple regulations: to
go in for sports, to eat carefully, to
take a rest and to walk in the open air.

3. My favorite winter sports are cross-
country skiing and skating. I prefer to
run in the park and play tennis in
summer.

4. I go to the swimming pool twice a
week the whole year round. Swimming
increases the respiratory system.

5. I also try to observe a day regimen.
Every day I go to bed and get up at
approximately the same time.

6. Don't smoke or drink alcohol. Never
use drugs. That it’s dangerous for a
human organism and sooner or later it
will be injurious to our health.

7. Our school offers physical education as
a compulsory subject. The most popular
sports in our school are gymnastics,
football, athletics, tennis, basketball,
volleyball and some others. Everybody
can choose the type of sport they want
to do.

8. I think that everybody must begin to
take care of his health in his youth
because it’s easier to take care of our
health than to recover it.
