  • I ordered One Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken Wrap. first they denied but then agreed for that. Received the order but, when I consumed it after half hour it was roasted too much and nothing to eat.. all roasted too much.. I called them and complained about the issue, but they were busy in taking order and then they cut my call only because they want to make more customers rather than to please existing customers and this is not the way to do a business at all. i am very disappointed with the Biteclub service. they serve you useless food and waste your money and time . Never recommended to any one .

  • HI, I placed an oder from Biteclub through website, i orderd in day time, i recived confirmation order number, after wait 60 min i called the biteclub for update he said it will take only 15 min, and i recived my order after 25 min, on that time i was much hunger so i opend the packet, and i was shocked becuz this is not my order he diliver wrong order to me, and i was very upset, then i called to biteclub and said u provide me wrong order then he said please wait 15 min, and after 15 min he disconnect the call, and not picked my call..and i decided to eat this food, but when start to eat , 1 hair found in food, then i totally frustrated..i want file a complaint against BiteClub.

  1. 1. Healthy Parties Objective : To understand the meaning of ‘healthy’ when thinking about food and exercise. To begin to produce your healthy party presentation

  3. 3. In some parts of the world as many as 1 in 10 children are now obese, which means they're so overweight it's bad for their health. But why do you think it's such a big problem?
  4. 4. They should make healthy food look and taste better, then more people will want to eat it.     I think that healthy foods should be made more appealing to kids and really unhealthy foods should be made more expensive so that people don't want to waste their money on it.     I think that celebrities should start advertising healthier food because lots of children copy what they do. I also think that schools should do more P.E as lots of children don't exercise when they're outside of school.

  11. 11. WHY DO WE NEED DAIRY EVERY DAY? DAIRY CONTAINS CALCIUM WHICH GIVES US STRONG BONES AND TEETH.
  12. 13. PROTEINS MEAT FISH EGGS NUTS SOYA TOFU
  13. 14. WHY DO WE NEED PROTEINS EVERY DAY? PROTEINS HELP TO BUILD THE BODY: ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR GROWING CHILDREN! PROTEINS HELP TO REPAIR THE BODY AFTER AN ILLNESS OR INJURY.
  14. 15. FATS AND SUGARS BUTTER FULL FAT MILK CAKE BISCUITS SWEETS CHOCOLATE FAT ETC.
  15. 16. NOT ALL FATS AND SUGARS ARE BAD BUT THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN IN SMALL AMOUNTS! FATS AND SUGARS GIVE THE BODY ENERGY! IF WE EAT MORE THAN WE NEED OUR BODY CANNOT BURN ALL THE ENERGY! THIS IS WHEN WE GET FATTER!

HOW CAN WE EAT LESS FATS AND SUGARS? <ul><li>Snack on dried fruit or fresh fruit </li></ul><ul><li>Trim the fat off meat </li></ul><ul><li>Buy lean meat </li></ul><ul><li>Steam or bake rather than frying in oil </li></ul><ul><li>Use less butter and margarine </li></ul><ul><li>Use skimmed milk rather than full fat </li></ul><ul><li>Avoid too much high fat fast foods </li></ul><ul><li>Avoid too many high sugar sweets and drinks </li></ul>
