O ur school journey 2011 final
Our school has come a long way in integrating technology over the past several years. We started with afterschool workshops and conferences to increase teacher professional development in ICT. Teachers then began collaborating more and sharing knowledge, resources, and ideas for using technology in planning and the classroom. The school also improved its use of ICT for documentation, budgets, communication with families, and more. Students now use technology widely to support learning across subjects, develop skills, research, illustrate concepts, and collaborate globally. Teachers are now more confident using various technologies and students are highly engaged. While the beginning was overwhelming, we have grown comfortable with ICT and continue moving forward in our journey.

1. Five STEM educators from schools in Australia and New Zealand met to create a transformation project allowing students from different schools to collaborate and learn 21st century skills using Minecraft.
2. The project, called Mineclass, has students from remote schools collaboratively build structures and machines in Minecraft while learning communication, collaboration, and computational thinking skills.
3. Participating schools include Rooty Hill High School in Australia and schools in New Zealand, with students engaging in challenges appropriate to their abilities levels and having control over gameplay aspects.

His skills include Microsoft Office, various programming languages and operating systems. For work experience, he has worked in a makerspace helping with computer issues and organizing an hour of code program. Additionally, he currently works preparing meals for residents at a veterans home where he interacts daily and accommodates specialized diets. In school, he was senior class president where he managed students and organized various events while collaborating with administration.

- Key challenges of emergency remote teaching included teacher access to technology/skills, lack of teaching experience online, lack of school support, and student digital skills/autonomy. Future challenges include supporting teacher training in digital skills, hygiene/safety, well-being, and innovative teaching strategies.

these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
