• TWO TECHNICIANS AND 1 DATA ENTRY PERSON.

• ENTRY OF ACCURATE PATIENT, AND AGE, BLOOD
GROUPING, GENDER, VITAL SIGNS...ETC. TO EVALUAT
PATIENT SITUATION AND IS HE IS CASE TOLERATE THE
OPERATION OR NOT AND DETERMINE THE RIGHT
TREATMENT FOR HIM.
• DETERMINE THE BUEN TYPE EITHER SUPERFACIAL OR
FIRST, SECOND OR THIRD DEGREE.
• DO THE CORRECT DESCITION.

* WHO expert define medical planning as the process, which
aims to increase the performance of health programs and
services to provide the largest possible number of patients with
maximum health benefits at the lowest costs and the
development of all the health services which lead to promote
and restore health and disease prevention (efficiency of plane)
• Planning: a process that is based on the analysis of
the data and identify needs and assess available
resources and use this analysis in preparation for the
change, according to the objectives. OR,
1-planning
2- Organizing
• Is the function of management that involves
developing an organizational structure and
allocating human resources to ensure the
accomplishment of objectives.
• Or,
• Is the function of management that involves
developing an organizational structure and
allocating human resources to ensure the
accomplishment of objectives. The structure
of the organization is the framework within
which effort is coordinated.
3-Leading
Leading Is a management function that involves
motivation -influence teams of work channels -
select most effective communicating -Reolving
conflicts.
Or.
Leading involves the social and informal sources
of influence that you use to inspire action taken by
others. If managers are effective leaders, their
subordinates will be enthusiastic about exerting
effort to attain organizational objectives.
Comparison between
Forecasting vs planning
• Forecasting:
Forecasting can be described as predicting what the
future will look like, may rely on un certain information.
• Planning:
Planning predicts what the future should look like, must
rely on data analysis ,statistics, indicators, reports,
estimation of needs (budgets) and certain information.
Comparison between
Informality VS Formality
• A-Informal (it is suitable when dealing with small
organization, it also done by the owner who plan for
extension or buying new equipment ,usually not
documented and not organized ,no body will judge the
complete of the plan or not and can change the plan in any
time he/she wants).
• B-Formal (it is suitable for when dealing with large
organization , characterized by complexity of the
composition ,many managers of different departments
share in doing it , the responsibility on the ceo of
organization ,accountability and cant change easily must be
documented, reports about the progress in routine
meetings)
Comparison between
operational and strategic plan:
• 1-Operational plans generally concern of short
term objectives and daily routine activities caring for every
single process and steps for applying it (specify the details of
how an organization's overall objectives are to be achieved.
• B-Strategic plans generally involve the vision of the
organization in the future (organization wide establish over
all objectives and position concern for the vision and doesn’t
concern for details at all and usually done by the top
managers or the governmental policies).

Input:
• 50 years’ professional paediatrician in hospital.
• 50 years has great knowledge and contact with most hospital staff top, middle, lower management and
non managerial level persons either via annual hospital meeting or daily routine contact.
• A full year of experience in hospital management. Deputy director of same hospital.
Process:
• The previous information of this doctor qualifies him for the position of hospital director
• How?
• Accepting the position of hospital director with confidence and obtaining training courses in the science
and art of hospital management, whether online courses or distance education, in order to obtain the
necessary expertise and developments in this science to enrich his information and experiences, to
success of his institution, and the deliver of his expertise to those who are subordinate to him among the
junior officials.
Output:
The end result is: 1-The success of the organisation through growth, profit and survive.
2- In addition to the personal success of Dr. Adel in a new field.
