▪ Coordination of Offices & Staffs according to their needs.
▪ Preparation of cover letter for materialand document submittal
▪ Different related Project submittal logo updating.
▪ Preparation of Request for Information (RFI), Outsourcing Purpose (OUP),
Material Approval Request (MAR) or Material Submittal (M.S), Document/
Drawing Transmittal Form (DTF), and Different type of Document Submittal
(DS) Weekly and Monthly Report etc….
▪ Obtain and maintain clearances from various authorities in order to execute
construction works.
▪ Receiving and providing support in relation to incoming/ outgoing calls from
clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
▪ Effective use of interpersonal and communication skills including tact and
diplomacy.
▪ Ensures all correspondences are identified, appropriately distributed, have
been auctioned and readily retrievable when file, applies to all types of
incoming and outgoing correspondences (Letters, memos, faxes, email
messages, submittals, cheque release etc.)
▪ Preparation of site correspondences with the follow up of all project’s
needs.
▪ Expedite the return of documents and approvals or comments within the
required time period from internal and external parties to whom they have
been issued or distributed.

▪ Preparation and follow up of enquiries with the overseas suppliers and local
suppliers.
▪ Creating and maintaining reports in excel
▪ Prepare the site Gates pass, incoming and outgoing mail distribution for the
