2. INTRODUCTION
The size of the land chosen is about 50mx50m to 50mx70m, we cannot exceed the measure as I
stated. We should serve one or two options for the, the option are recreational area,
commercial area, industrial area, agricultural area, tourism area and residential area.
OUR SITE

This site is located nearby most of the residential area and some commercial area in Alam
Impian, Shah Alam ( Persiaran Tun Teja ) , Malaysia. The reason why we choose this site is
because the land is undeveloped and the area is lack of tourist attraction. This reason caused
lesser peoples to go to the area and the resident seldom socializes with each other in the area.
This is a very good chances to improve the area so creating a undeveloped area into a tourist
attraction will able to strengthen its potentia
4. Site Analysis

This site has been undeveloped for many years since the residential area is built around it so we
decided to prove that this land is suitable for our project.
1. The road is very accessible to the area.
2. The land is suitable to build the tourism area as the soil is firm.
3. The site is nearby most of the resident area so peoples will visit the area and it is very
easy to spot the area.
4. The site is not surrounded by other building so the wind can blow through the area; in
other word it is windy.
5. The population of the area is quite high due to the residential area.
6. The residents living around the site are mostly average medium income families.
7. The area has a big land for future development
8. No other tourist attraction nearby the area.
9. The site is near some of the commercial area so people can visit the commercial park
after they visit the tourism area.
5. 10. Small sound pollution in the area as some of the area is undeveloped and the area is
nearby the road side so it will be a little of air pollution
11. The amount of rainfall is around 1,200mm to 1,400mm.
6. Advantages
This area is undeveloped due to lack of usage. However this area have success rate of making
this project to be successful.
The advantages are:
1. The site is accessible fromanywhere.
2. The site is an open which can create a good place for the area
3. The land of the site is good and flat which is good for any kind of development
4. The soil of the area is firm because it is nutritious
5. The site have the average amount of sunlight and rainfall
6. No other tourist attraction area nearby
7. The land is big for other future development
7. Disadvantages
There are also some disadvantages in our site which will affect the development of the
product.
The disadvantages are listed down here:
1. There is some sound and air pollution due to the area is nearby most of the resident
area and road.
2. High intensity of sunlight during afternoon as the site is located in an open spaces
3. As the site is exposed to the sky so rain water will drench the area.
4. The number of peoples visit the site might be high because it located near most of
the resident area and some commercial area.
5. There might be traffic problem because most of the resident need to go home by
using the same route
9. TOURISM AREA AND RESIDENTIAL AREA
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project is to attract more tourists to visit the area and making their life
more leisure through the amusement park and the residential area. These days, people were
becoming more busy and busier in their life making that no time to relax. It is important for
peoples to release their stress. Therefore, it is important to create a space for small amusement
park that would allow people to release their stress and to enjoy the environment that is added
to the space. As we can see, nowadays people work whole day so we need to neutralize the
stress that people had. We would introduce the safety of the area and the healthy lifestyle in
the area.
SUGGESTION AND PROPOSAL
The purpose of this proposal is to make an empty land to a small construction project. The
reason why I wanted to make it into a tourist attraction is because the lake surrounded by the
land is undeveloped so we decided to make a small amusement park to attract the tourism.
However, we should consider about the surrounding because they might be affected once we
built the small water amusement park.
10. PROJECT BENEFIT
The people will be able to release their stress in the area and live in a relaxing environment
with the provided facilities in the area. As a place in Alam impian,Shah Alam has a very large
land with tree surrounded and it is suitable to create the space for residents and small
amusement park for the people to relax after a stressful work. Thus, we decided to create a
space nearby the forest to let peoples feel the nature of beauty. It is very convenient to build in
that area because it’s located near the road so it is very easy to access to the area.
It is very important for people to find balance within their lives. Many people get stressed every
day because of some personal reason. Example: family problem, relationship, arguing with
friend and other reasons. By creating this area that can attract the tourist will increase the
economy in the country and people get to relax, people can also visit the forest in the area as
the surrounding is surrounded by the tree. They can feel the nature of beauty in the area.
Residential area and tourism area facilities need to be well maintained so peoples can use it
and peoples will relax. It is also a place for peoples to socialize in the area due to the small
amusement park in built in the area.
11. BUSINESS BENEFIT
-Income for the amusement park company.
-Residential houses can be rented to earn income.
-Parking spaces is charged for every car.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
This project success criterion are decided by the stakeholders if they think the project will work
they will agree with the project.
The following are the success criteria judged by the stakeholders:
-Constant maintenance for the site and inspection.
-All the material must ready to build the areas.
-An approved documentation.
-The project must complete on time.
-A good workman ship.
12. RATIONALE
The site area is surrounded by residential areas and less commercial building. In addition, there
was no relaxing area in each residential area. But there is an undeveloped land which can use
for event, and also a place for other purposes.
Basically, there is no comfortable and relaxing place to let the resident to socialize and enjoy.
So the amusement park is chosen to build to provide residences to have a more comfortable
place to have their leisure activities.
Through analysis, the site has some issues need to be solved and it is listed below
1. Lack of tourism area: We need tourism area to attract more tourist and the resident
have no place to relax.
2. Tons of undeveloped land: We should use the undeveloped land to develop something
that is useful for the area.
3. Resident unable to bond their relationship: Due to the work loads of their jobs, they
were unable to communicate.
INTRODUCTION TO THE SURRONDING OF THE SITE
The site we have chosen is a large land which located near the roadside and it is undeveloped.
We have decided to develop this land into a residential area and tourist attraction area. The site
is surrounded by the road and residential houses making it more accessible to the area. One of
the reasons why we chose this area is because it located near most of the resident area and
commercial area; peoples might go to the area to play the ride in the amusement park.
13. CONCEPT CREATION
To create an attractive area for the residents and tourist, we must know what is so attractive to
the peoples. We must start from the nature because natural is the first attractive thing in the
world, before creating spaces for peoples we must know how to apply green concept in the
area.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Amusement park would be a place to attract lots of tourist and providing a different lifestyle for
the residents. Amusement park also provides some residential houses for the people to live
there. This amusement park also provided some water rides.
CONCLUSION
It would have great benefit if we build this amusement park in the area because the advantages
is more than the disadvantages and at the same time we can improve the area with the
amusement park and also we can attract the tourist from other country.
16. TOURISM AREA AND RESIDENTIAL AREA
SUGGESTION AND PROPOSAL
The main purpose of this proposal is to use an empty and create it into a small construction
project. This proposal contains the detail of how to make the empty land into a tourist
attraction area. On the other hand, we must be more careful about the surrounding because
the surrounding might affected once they are built in the area.
OBJECTIVE
The main target of this project is to attract the tourist by building something that can attract
them which will make them feel like visiting the area and to relax in the area. The area I wanted
to build is the museum which store the history of Malaysia, some peoples like to know more
about the history of Malaysia so that can visit the area. It is important for peoples to know
about the history of Malaysia. Hence, we should build a museum that can hold all the history of
Malaysia. As we know, current generation flying to other countries becoming more convenient
but the country they going is probably because of some purposes attracted them like the
museum that store the historical of Malaysia, peoples can learn more about Malaysia and how
did they developed etc.
17. BUSINESS BENEFIT
-Income from visitors who visit the museum.
-The cost of nearby residential area rises.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
The stakeholder needs to discuss in order to approve this project and they need to judge some
of the important point.
The stakeholder need to judge the project and the following are listed:
-The building need to build on time.
-Inspection for the site.
-A documentation which is approved to build.
-A good leadership and workman ship.
18. PROJECT BENEFIT
The peoples and tourist will be able to know more about Malaysia history by visiting the
museum. As Alam Impian is a very large undeveloped area and its near most of the resident and
commercial building, so we decided to build a museum in the area so peoples can know more
about the Malaysia history when they finished their work/school. Therefore, we make a space
nearby the residential area which is easier to access to the area because the resident is live
nearby.
In addition, by making a museum, we hoping that the natural element will be able to draw
surrounding families to use the museum well. In conclusion, our main purpose of this is to
provide a museum for peoples to know more about the history of Malaysia.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Museum would be a place for most of the tourist that love to know about the history of
Malaysia to gather. Museum is also a place for peoples to relax in the areas and gaining more
knowledge from the history. In this museum they also stored the historical item inside.
19. RATIONALE
After we know the advantages and disadvantages of the site, I decided to make the empty land
into a tourism area.
For this project, I decided to solve the problem of the area by attracting more peoples to the
area and to strengthen the potential of the site by creating the museum in that area.
Some issue need to be solved:
1. Lack of education area: Peoples need to drive all the way to town to their school.
2. Undeveloped land: We should use the full usage of all the land with other building so that we
can develop the area.
3. Residents unable to know the history of Malaysia: There is no library or anything that about
Malaysia history nearby.
CONCLUSION
It will be a very good for the peoples in the area if we built the museum because the
advantages for peoples having a museum in the area are more than the disadvantages and also
we can actually pass down the historical of Malaysia in the museum. We can also attract tourist
to go to the museum
