Beim Disruptus-Spiel geht es um das Thema Innovation und um verschiedene Methoden, vorgegebene Objekte und Ideen auf eine neue Art und Weise zu kombinieren und dadurch neue Ideen zu generieren. Das Lenrspiel basiert auf dem "disruptive thinking" Konzept und wurde erfolgreich bei der Entwicklung neuer innovativer Produkte und Geschäftsmodelle, z.B. aus der digitalen Musik, Kamera-Handy's oder Car-Sharing eingesetzt.

8. 4 Different Ways to Innovate:
1. Improve: Make it better – Add or change one or more
elements on the card to improve the object
2. Transform: Use the object or idea on the card for a
different purpose
3. Create 2: Take any numer of elements from each card and
use these to create a new object or idea
4. Disrupt: Look at the picture, grasp what the purpose is and
come up with a completely different way to achieve the
same purpose

10. Form groups of 4 persons
Each group needs a judge

11. Game 1: Individual Play
1. Judge rolls the die:
1 = Improve: Make it better – Add or change one or more elements
on the card to improve the object
2 = Transform: Use the object or idea on the card for a different
purpose
3 = Create 2: Take any numer of elements from each card and use
these to create a new object or idea
4 = Disrupt: Look at the picture, grasp what the purpose is and
come up with a completely different way to achieve the same
purpose
5 or 6 = roll again
2. Judge turns over one (or two) cards
3. Judge starts time for 1 minute
4. After time is over, everyone presents his/her idea
5. Judge the winner of the round
10-15 min.
