I founded Bottom-Line Performance in 1995. Since its founding, BLP has grown from a one-person sole proprietorship to a $4M learning solutions company. My background is in instructional design and performance consulting; in the past several years, I evolved my skill set in learning game design and product development, launching our highly successful Knowledge Guru platform in 2012. In March 2017, the book I co-authored with Karl Kapp, "Play to Learn: Everything you need to know to design effective learning games" was published by ATD Press.
