Disaster

disruption ,loss of human life and deterioration of
human life on a scale sufficient to warrant an extra
ordinary response from outside the affected
community area(WHO).
Disaster management;
Is managerial function charged with creating
the frame work within which the communities reduce
vulnerability to hazards
