 Give careful attention to the preliminary phases (Kickoff and Design) to assure
a solid foundation for acceleration and development
 Favour direct interventions, particularly during the scoping and design phases
by providing a study and project scoping workshop (following the kick-off) and
a functional design workshop
 Leverage an iterative mode of operation during the development phase in
order to produce intermediate versions and avoid the tunnel effect
 Share intermediate versions with Key Users at the end of each iteration for
validation in a consensus mode
