Claro que na parte da mobilidade algumas podem juntar carro de cortesia (mas não é o core do serviço), caso da Autobutler. Autobutler e Clickmechanic não dão quote na hora (esperam quotes de mecânicos). Autobutler também tem bodywork (carros acidentados e etc). Openbay também dá estimate ao inicio, mas não para toda a gama de serviços propostos (ex: bodywork não dá). MyCarNeedsA, Repaircompare não dão como garantida a recolha e entrega. Mobilidade: Yourmechanic – demos ++ porque os clientes têm sempre que estar junto aos carros durante as reparações. Vamos supor um cliente que está no escritório e quer fazer a reparação nessa altura, o mecânico não vai estar à porta a fazer a reparação Clickmechanic – “” Garantia peças repairanycar.com – Demos a classificação de ++ nas peças porque dão a escolher ao cliente peças premium ou standard Autobutler – As oficinas dizem que tipo de peças utilizaram, mas não existe controlo da Autobutler Clickmechanic- O cliente pode fornecer as peças, contudo e de forma geral não existe controlo Openbay- Dizem que para as oficinas pertencerem à rede têm que ter algum tipo de garantia associada às peças e trabalho mas não especifica. Apenas no blog aconselham os consumidores que tipo de garantias devem procurar quando andam à procura de uma oficina.
