Just by looking at the front cover it
already tells us allot about the artist
and the genre is it. Due to he
instruments, keyboard, guitar and
amplifier we can be sure that he is a
one man band very multi talented
artist. From the tuxedo he is wearing
and the typography we can say that he
is a vintage artist. It has a old school
look to it. Very reto.
This front cover consists of this name and the name of the album. Because its his first real
album he has this in big bold letters almost making a statement “ this is who i am”. Also the
instruments gives the buy a incite on what he is all about, a over all broad musician. And the
colour scheme blue , brown and white goes throughout the digipak. These colours very
reminiscing of the old school American bands, something that is a key theme of his music.

11. Summary of digipak.
• As we can see every side to digpak has a purpose.
There is a on going theme throughout this digipak.
The same colours are used; blue, brown, white and
black. This is done to give the album cover some flow
and recognition. Also the same artistic drawing
feature in almost all sides of the pack. Even the
typography is the same. I will certainly use this
example for our music digipak. I learned that to make
a successful digipak there needs to be an ongoing
theme, and make all the sides flow together.
