After testing out the models and with experience we chose a model that combines the CIP Theory and Donald Supers Developmental Self concept theory. . While developed the models we also had to develop tools , content and programs that are India specific. While developing the model we have tried to work on the needs of the Indian population with an objective to TRANSFORM THE INDIAN YOUTH INTO A POWERFUL FORCE. We first developed the model and the content and implemented the program over 1200 student having varied backgrounds before the launch. We checked the reliability and the effectiveness of the model and published the same.
