 We take an Observation day approach where our facilitators will be at your workplace and will gather data about the participants execution
gaps and behavioural traits
 Every Workshop based intervention is described in a specific Program Description Document sent to the client HRD Team
 Every Workshop will have a Post training report given to the client HRD Team
 We follow up with our participants in a fortnight based refresher session
 Our Instruction Guidebooks and worksheets are mandatory in the Learning Process
 We also deliver Executive Coaching sessions for small group of executives (3-4) and also on a one on one basis
