Searching for Talent
One 2 One HR solution has a large database of young and experienced job seekers,
across levels and locations. Our consultants and researchers are
experts in mapping markets and tapping passive job seekers.
We will help find you the best available talent to fulfill
requirements. If you have hiring requirements for Contract
staff, or permanent staff at all levels send us your request.
Research and Sourcing
Research and Sourcing begins when both Recruiters and our client
agree upon the specific definition of the position and the attributes of the desired
candidate. We review our data sources, including our candidate database. Our
database is an abundance of highly qualified professionals. We analyze target
industries. We also initiate confidential discussions with potential candidates at this
stage.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Interview and Evaluation
Interview and Evaluation takes place after our research and
sourcing efforts identify the best candidates. We interview
them, determine their level of interest, and evaluate their
qualifications and personal suitability.
Candidate Reports and Recommendations are submitted only
for the best-qualified candidates. Recruiters will and their submit
reports detailing a candidate’s personal business histories, as well
as our candid appraisal of fit within the parameters of the position.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Client Interviews and Assessment
We arrange client meetings with candidates and help clients evaluate the outcome.
This includes answering subsequent questions that may arise and arranging
