 Induction and Orientation of the new joinees, ensuring basic hygiene for new joiners and preparing
the business induction calendar.
 Maintaining a track of the monthly confirmations, transfers, resignations and exits.
 Tracking and sorting out issues of indiscipline, late comings and absenteeism
 Preparing monthly HR Review report to be submitted to HR Director on various aspects like
Induction Feedback, Individual connect, Attrition & retention analysis on various aspects, Employee
grievances , GPTW initiatives, tracking progress on HR Priorities etc.
 Resolve barriers at work, Build trust in employees so that they can share their satisfactions and
dissatisfactions. Sorting out the Grievances in TAT of 48 hrs.
 Conducting Town hall once in a month to discuss the issues, feedbacks and reinforcing the company

 Conducting Fundoo Fridays, team building activities every month.

 Preparation of monthly HR Report
 Maintaining the trackers for data and documentation like Signed KRAs, TDPs, Appointment letters
etc
 Update National Hiring tracker and send to HO(Director HR, DGM HR and Talent Acquisition head).
