This document discusses various disturbances in tooth eruption, including premature eruption of primary or permanent teeth, eruption sequestrum which is a small bone fragment over an erupting molar, delayed eruption which can be caused by conditions like rickets or genetic factors, multiple unerupted teeth, embedded or impacted teeth due to crowding or premature loss of primary teeth, and ankylosed primary teeth that fail to exfoliate due to bone fusion. Causes, clinical presentation, and treatment are described for each disturbance.
