It's common to think
of design as aesthetics
or usability
“The process of good product
design is centered around
empathy and is built on deep
research with real people in
their natural environment.”

Our process
Empathize
Define
When I favorite things, I try to keep items of relevance in sequence. For example
– I’ll delete the older relevant item below in the sequence to add it next to the
relevant item I just added in favorites.
Quotes
“
Once, I had to tap back across screens to find the item I saw a few moments
back. I eventually found that item in some recommendation.
“
When looking for products on a smartphone, I add relevant and interesting
items to my Favorites in the app. I come back to it later to get opinions on it or
look at it on a bigger screen.“

The 30 Circles Exercise
Train yourself to
get stuck
• Creates the “getting stuck feeling”
• Explores how “unstuck” happens &
feels
• Triggers your conceptual “box” and
demonstrates how our brain utilizes
rules or schemas when problem
solving
• It lowers your fear of getting stuck
Let go of your fears and begin
practicing creative confidence today
