• Created new and innovative processes and procedures that resulted in savings of $42,000 in associate
salaries and benefits.
• Added additional data cleansing techniques and data management procedures that significantly
improved the quality of the data provided to the customer.
Implemented Financial Medical Utilization Reporting Software
• Designed and managed the implementation of an internally developed financial performance
measurement sub-system. This system resulted in savings of approximately $20,000 (one half of one
full time employee).
• Developed user documentation and trained users in use of sub-system. Monitoring of users post
training indicated significant improvements in overall internal customer satisfaction and on-time
delivery of information.
Implemented Provider Contract and Fee Schedule Data Tracking System
• Managed data flow of provider contract and fee schedule information from over 80 data sources to
three internal systems. Achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction and 10%
reduction in provider complaints to the call center.
• Implemented successful tracking system to measure accuracy of data updated to claims system. This
resulted in large amounts of customer savings as well as a reduction in provider complaints.
