Senior Data Analyst Providing first and second line support for over 10 instances of the ETLM pipeline, which loads
customer data from raw files through to the Data Warehouse. Working with the Data Architects I have been part of
a team involved in improving the ETLM data pipeline and have assisted in Data Warehouse performing tuning and
development. Maintenance and development of customer data stores which can contain up to 20 different Data
Sources. Maintenance and development of customer Data Marts the largest of which is more than 2TB. Provide
advice and Support to the Data Scientist team, creating queries and tables for their reporting needs. The “go to”
person for data integrations. Provide Data Integrity checks and Data Cleansing for all Data Sources. Incident
Manager for the Incident Review process, which is a multi-departmental team set up to investigate major and/or
recurring customer affecting outages.
Achievements
• Responsible for integrating files using SSIS from many Data Sources into the Data Store through to the

• Replaced 8 labour intensive, manual data collection systems with Visual Basic Applications using
ADO technology combined with SQL techniques and integrated them into the site information system.

inventory holdings, Shop Floor Performance, Financial and Purchasing data at both Senior Management and Shop
Floor level. Provide a "Problem Solving" service to all Departments on Cincom. Contribute to the ongoing
development of the Cincom system by analysing current procedures/processes and recommending changes in line
with company "Best Practice" policy. Assist in the design, programming and implementation of PC based systems.

• Designed, Coded and implemented a MS Access based Management Information and reporting system
based on data extracts from over 20 tables from the MRP system.
