Executive Summary
1. Situation
 The National Disaster Management Agency(NDMA) is responsible for
managing, preparing, responding to, and mitigating all disasters.
 Now NDMA is expecting a significant increase of their full time employees
in next three years, due to the additional resources granted by Congress.
2. Challenge
 Unfortunately, the current badging process cannot handle such an increase
in demand in the near future because of inefficiencies in the system.
 Changes to the system must be implemented in a timely manner to meet
the needs of NDMA.
3. Solution
 We will implement a secure, government developed software to
significantly increase the efficiency of the badging process at a low cost.
 We took into consideration your interest in current industry trends.
