Atlantis Computing, Mountain View, CA VP of Global Technical Services Jan 2015 – Feb 2016
Recruited to rebuild pre-sales team and transform post-sales technical services to ensure high customer satisfaction and
appropriate sell-through into emerging markets
 Worked with Executive peers to create and launch Atlantis HyperScale – a disruptive hyper-converged appliance
offering designed to re-invigorate the Atlantis channel and drive a scalable run-rate / mid-market business
 HyperScale post-sales customer service was one of the top three unique selling propositions
 Formed and led a centralized Technical Field Enablement team, bringing to market a suite of enablement services for
technical field sales and partners
 Enablement services included multi-product, role based learning paths; online courseware, labs, and certification
testing; a centralized IaaS platform for learning and customer demonstrations; a Design Desk service for creating
compelling, customer specific proposals
 Established focused onboarding programs for pre and post sales new hires, reducing time to productivity

In 2012, nGenx acquired Claros Systems (my consulting company) gaining a full consulting practice and multi-tenant

 Developed and evangelized the vision, strategy, architecture, build, and evolution of nGenx products/services
 Interfaced with the board of directors and key investors to define and execute corporate goals
