Mission Sunday
Thank you so much for your generous
giving. So far, we have received
$119, 449.72 toward our goal for
Mission Sunday. If you have not had
an opportunity to contribute, you may
still do so. Thank you again for your
generosity and love for missions. Our
goal for this year is $125,000.00.

Welcome New Members
Saturday, May 13th, eight ladies
were baptized by Chuck Spitzley at
the Birmingham Ladies Work
Release Center. A group from
Deerfoot goes to the work release
center three times a week. They
conduct services on Sunday evening
and conduct classes on Monday and
Wednesday evenings. Those
involved in teaching include: Chuck
and Robin Spitzley; Frank, Yvonne
and Etta Montgomery; Rusty Allen;
Debra Dominic; and Patrick and
Hope Ormond. The ladies who were
baptized are Janice Campbell, Clara
Roden, Xavieria Smith, Rebecca
Owens, Shakirah Hudspeth, Shelly
Stinnett, Jillian Bringas and
Elizabeth Harris. Please keep these
ladies in your prayers.
