Job Responsibilities in Production Department:
 Handled Product Development, Testing and Assembly of Module/Unit Level products.
 Monitoring the production as per quality standards at the stages of In-process, Final & Pre-shipment.
 Developed and implemented production tracking and quality control system.
 Prepare Production & Quality Plans,standard operating procedures, Work Instructions (WI), Process
Flowcharts, Route card, Inspection Plans and Formats for all products in respective area as per QMS.
 Experience in setting up the pilot line for MFD manufacturing and ramp up for the different products.
 Involvement in design development & testing and quality implementation for new and existing products.
 Kit preparation, Kit Inspection & clearance as per BOM, ASL and Drawings and their clearance by
government/semi-government agencies (HAL, BEL, ORDAQA).
 Process control at Production line as per defined Operating Standard & Work Instructions.
 Material planning with purchase department for inventory purpose.
 Ensuring efficient use of man, materials and machines to achieve targets within specified timeframe.

 Using PFMEA, Quality circles, 5S, kaizen, Poka Yoke techniques for production improvement.
 Reviewing inventory, staffing requirements, work procedures, duty assignments and time constraints to

 Arranging and coordinating for packaging and dispatch of products.

Job Responsibilities in QA Department:
 Overall responsibility of Quality assurance and Quality control.
 Preparing Quality Plans, standard operating procedures, Work Instructions (WI), process flowcharts,
inspection plan etc. and their approval as per QMS.
 Responsible for all Outgoing & Incoming inspection as per sampling plan.
 Preparing& finalizing product standards for sample product and examine/testing/approval for
production.
 Involvement in design development, Qualification, testing and quality implementation for products
 Performs supplier evaluation/development and ongoing supplier process & product audits
 Collecting and initiating corrective & preventive actions againstfailure and Follow up for Supplier
Corrective Action Report (SCAR) /8d reports with vendors
 Maintain Daily MIS, Monthly Supplier rating, MIN clearance in SAP and Inventory systems.
 Development of New Vendors, evaluation and FAI approval of their samples.
 Handling of internal and external calibrations systems of instruments & equipments.
 Reduce rejection & increase productivity through high quality checks & process analysis
 Co-ordinate external testing from RCI, ICAT, SPECTRO, LRDE as per requirement.
 Maintaining/updating/reviewing quality document Control system regularly.
 Continuous monitoring of key parameters/KC of process and attempt to improve process capability by
using SPC, 7Q.C. Tools, FMEA, Cp & Cpk.
 Develop and implement production tracking, configuration management and quality control system.
 Implementation of Counterfeit protection & Positive recall system.
 Used Carry out AMT, ANSYS, Auto CAD, Solid works, SAP systems and internal auditor (AS9100) for
production and quality.
 Coordination among team members/subordinates as par daily action plan at shop floor & vendor works .
