QMS:
 Track certification status for third party certifications, Customer specific system certifications.
 Facilitate for Quality System assessment by external / customer agencies
 Plan and conduct "Internal Quality System" audits including customer specific requirements.
 Plan and execute “Layer Process Audit" & follow up with all layers for the implementation on daily / weekly basis.
 Quality System certification status report and Plan.
 Internal Audit reports / NCs / NC action reports / NC closure / Certification.
 Plan and conduct "MRM" with defined frequency
IQC:
 Attend to and resolve all supplier and Line complaints
 Do Supplier audit escalate NC's in process, product and system and ensure the actions on time
 Raise SPQR to defect products of Supplier and Analysis - RCA/CAPA
 Ensuring adherence Incoming inspection standards
 Actively participate in to develop Quality plan, control plans, inspection plans, FMEAS
 Ensure the each product has the PPAP with all details
