Balunso Jr. an 8,800 square meter parcel of land in Manapao, Minalabac, Camarines Sur for 350,000 Philippine pesos. 2) The land is described as Lot 3245-A with boundaries along other lots, and Gloria Salvador provides the title and guarantees there are no encumbrances. 3) The deed of sale is signed and acknowledged by both parties in the presence of witnesses and a notary public in July 2014.

postal address at Mataoroc, Minalabac, Camarines Sur, for and in consideration of
the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 350,000.00),
Philippine Currency, to me in hand to my full satisfaction by:
RODOLFO B. BALUNSO, Jr., of legal age, Filipino, married to Trixie Canicula
and with residence and postal address at 907 Maharlika Highways, Santiago, Pili,
Camarines Sur, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and by
these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY ABSOLUTELY
FOREVER, unto the said RODOLFO B. BALUNSO, Jr., his heirs, succesors and
assigns a certain parcel of land situated in Manapao, Minalabac, Camarines Sur,
