Gloria B. Salvador sells to Nimrod B. Balunso an 8,800 square meter parcel of land in Manapao, Minalabac, Camarines Sur for 350,000 Philippine pesos. The land is described in the deed and Gloria Salvador confirms she owns the land and can legally sell it to Balunso as evidenced by the title certificate. Both parties and witnesses sign the deed on specified dates in the presence of a notary, who acknowledges their signatures.

postal address at Mataoroc, Minalabac, Camarines Sur, for and in consideration of
the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 350,000.00),
Philippine Currency, to me in hand to my full satisfaction by:
NIMROD B. BALUNSO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with residence and
postal address at 907 Maharlika Highways, Santiago, Pili, Camarines Sur, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and by these presents, do
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY ABSOLUTELY FOREVER, unto the
said RODOLFO B. BALUNSO, Jr., his heirs, succesors and assigns a certain parcel
of land situated in Manapao, Minalabac, Camarines Sur, consisting a total area of
EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED (8,800) Square meters, which is more
particularly and tentatively described as follows:
