1. DEED OF SALE WITH RIGHT TO REPURCHASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF SALE executed and entered by and between;
ELIEZAR O. BRAVO of legal age, Filipino single, resident of Davao City, Philippines
Herein after called as VENDOR;
EVANGELINE G. CLATA of legal age, Filpino Citizen and resident of Davao City,
Philippines,herein after called as the VENDEE;
WITNESSETH ;
“A parcel of land identified as Lot 1487-L-B-3, Psd-112402-038612, being a portion of Lot 1487-
L-1-B, Psd-11-007651, situated in Purok 4C IPA Hills Ilang, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao,
containing an area of ONE HUNDRED SQUARE METER, mol. Covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-211215 registered in the registry of Deeds, Davao City.
That for and in consideration of the sum SEVENTY THOUSAND (PHP70,000.00),
Philippines currency, receipt which is herby acknowledge in full by the VENDOR from the herein
VENDEE, to its entire satisfaction, by these presents, therefore. The VENDOR hereby sells, cedes
and transfer, by way of absolute deed of sale unto the VENDEE, his heirs successors, and assign,
the above mentioned parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature
and kind, including whatever improvement found thereon;
That VENDOR reserved the right to repurchase the above mentioned parcel of land
together with the improvements therein within Three (3) years from and after the date hereof
for the same price of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (70,000.00) with the interest of 8% percent
per month to be added to the principal amount.
