• Every day we make
  decisions.
• There is no right or
  wrong way to make a
  decision.
Working Styles
• To be a better decision
  maker, you need to first
  discover your work
  style.
• There are four working
  styles: Driver,
  Expressive, Amiable &
  Analytical.
Driver
• The individual who knows
  what they want, where
  they are going and how to
  get there.
• Focus on the present and
  work toward getting
  results rather than
  pleasing others.
• Independent and
  competitive
Expressive
• These individuals usually
  appear communicative,
  warm, approachable, and
  competitive.
• Will take risks when
  making decisions and will
  base the decision on
  personal or others’
  opinion rather than facts.
• Creative
Amiable
• These individuals place a
  high priority on friendships,
  close relationships, and
  cooperative behavior
• They frequently stick with
  the comfortable and known,
  and tend to avoid activities
  that involve risk.
• Become emotionally
  involved
Analytical
• These individuals place a
  great deal of importance
  to facts and logic.
• They make decisions on
  facts and tend to avoid
  risks.
• Generally viewed by
  others as lacking
  enthusiasm or as cold and
  detached.

• You can determine your decision making
  style using what you know about working
  styles.
• If your work style is Driver, then your
  decision making style is Bull.
• If your work style is Expressive, then your
  decision making style is Eagle.
• If your work style is Amiable, then your
  decision making style is Bee.
• If your work style is Analytical, then your
  decision making style is Bloodhound.

  beliefs rather than observation.

• Makes decisions based on feelings rather than
