and Equal Development of All Regions
Bill, 2020.
◦ Finally Indian Constitution amended the 73rd and 74th constitution
amendments give a solution.
◦ In Andhra Pradesh passed the bill in Jan 2020.
◦ On July 31, the state government notified the bill to act that’s AP
DECENTRALIZED AND INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ALL
REGION ACT, 2020.
◦ This act had said about the decentralized AP government.
