statement. It defines the purpose of the

vision and mission what are the key values
you will be guided by.

• What is it that we will achieve in year one?
• Should we be having a perspective of
where we want to be in three years?

• Identify the result areas considering the 12
areas of care and the 12 types of recipients
• Identify where and how you want to focus
and in what timeframe
• What is feasible and how we could actually
bring in the right impact and experience?
