This document provides guidance on developing a strategic plan for a Devotee Care Course. It outlines key elements to include: a vision and mission statement of 25 words or less, annual goals defined within 20 minutes, key result areas identified within 20 minutes by considering 12 areas of care and recipients and phasing them over 3 years. It also includes allocating 25 minutes each for a SWOT analysis considering internal and external factors, defining the team of devotees needed within 15 minutes, and establishing weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting formats within 15 minutes to measure progress and ensure accountability. The overall aim is to provide clarity, focus, and engagement to achieve intended results.
