Outside Operations Manager
Initiated the position in the direction and oversight of golf staff and associated persons in the
daily operation of one of the premier golf facilities in the region. Coordinated member play as
well as staging events of a local, regional and national nature. Developed, through training and
recruitment, a competent caddie program to the point where usage approached 35 percent of
rounds played compared to a previous history of roughly 5 percent.
Interacted with both members and their guests to create a seamless experience during
their enjoyment of the club while overseeing a staff as well as outside contractors
Revamped previous logistics to improve efficiencies in both staffing and presentation.
Oversaw PGA section and qualifying events, as well as the national AJGA championship.

Outside Operations Manager
Oversight of all non Pro Shop golf-related functions of daily member, guest and outside events
play. Responsible for accommodating all in a professional and even-handed manner instilling

Managed roughly 25 staff and outside contractors in daily preparations.

Developed new equipment storage system and event planning process which reduced
