SAP APO Master Data Coordinator for Chevron's Downstream AMR supply chain planning team.
Coordination of material deletions/setup, product pricing updates, obsolete planning book and data
error management. Work closely with Process,Applications & Data Assets (PAD) and the global
Master Data Organization (MDO) team to streamline Chevron SAP/APO application structure.
Monthly strategic planning for Base Oil forecasting, quarterly costing and freight optimization, global
inventory and tank capacity projections.

-Investigate and determine necessary updates for PIR's when requested (to be removed, changes in
freight, etc.)

-Material deletions/ decommissioned materials
-Maintenance of storage location (SLOC) deletions, set end date for specific materials when necessary
-S&OP setup including meeting arrangements,record keeping, primary person to notify all responsible
parties of any incomplete S&OP requirements necessary to hold monthly S&OP meeting
-Update S&OP action items, notify outstanding participants
-Decom SharePoint responsibilities; responsible for step 3 -removal of APO planned production, step 5-
remove PV's & recipes,step 6 & 7 - depletion of inventory and initiate work off plans for existing
inventory if it still exists at specific material locations
-Coordination with finance and inventory specialists to remove phantom inventory/obsolete data
-At the end of every quarter, assist with all PIR costing, PIR deletions, and transfer pricing updates for
finance department. Also includes day to day, one-time adjustments when variances are discovered and
must be corrected.
-Creation of job aids to streamline the material deletion/decom process so that future contractors can
readily cite

-Identify and initiate the deletion of empty planning books to best optimize the heuristics run

associated with particular material locations
-Global inventory project – targeted raw materials and purchased components active in AMR region to
determine current target,number of tanks, tank max and 2015 forecasted average
-Accomplished root issue with phantom inventory "in transit" and coordination to provide a solution by
using MIGO, so that specific material locations can be completely cleared from all obsolete data
-IBP midterm outlook, IBP demand adjustments for hurricane target vs planning target, capacity
utilization, SNP inventory projections
-Creation of t-lanes
-Adjust procurement stock costs and safety stock penalty
-Creation and maintenance of complete vendor and plant location list, updated regularly to reflect current
plant status
-Prompted PAD to fix source supply error in APO, installation for new program/error fix in APO that
PAD can permanently use as a “how to” for future similar errors
- Weekly involvement with Master data cleanup - Greenbelt projects to reduce amount of obsolete data
that currently exists in SAP/APO
- Weekly coordination with subcontracting and purchasers to close out all receipts and requirements for
PO’s that show past due via RRP4 & RRP1 in APO
- Bi-weekly run of CIF_DELTAREPORT3 and ZPRODUCT – Product Consistency Report to minimize
the amount of weekly AMR errors in the Delta report/ APO ECC synchronization, target error fixes with
the assistance of PAD to best optimize sales orders
-Promp error fixes in CIF, initiate programming by targeting with PAD certain error reports
-Target end of month planning book errors – by end of third week nothing should be planning in the
supply book, goal is to locate at which mat/locs are incorrectly planning
- Developed forecast/planning tool for Components analysis demand using historical delivery and unload
results since SAP go live
- Initiate work off plans from SMOG materials that need to be blending or safely disposed
