1. DannyDanny （（ QiQi ）） DongDong
Danny （ Qi ） Dong, Senior Manger of Motorola Asia Human Resource.
She has MBA degree from US and Bachelor’s degree from Peking University. Since
joined Motorola from 1994, Danny has accumulated rich HR experience with
international exposure, and mainly covers Talent Recruitment & Selection, Channel
Development & Management, Employee Relations and Communication, Performance
Management, Leadership Talents Supply & Project Management. She gets varies
awards from global, regional and country level for her outstanding performance and
contribution in HR fields and especially got the CEO award for Outstanding
Contribution to the Cadre2000 Plus Program (Global Leadership Development
program) and the Best Coach Award for Developing and Coaching Leaders in 2007.
In recent years, as the Motorola University and US Yale University Emotional
Intelligence Course certified instructor ， Danny has been offering management
consulting and delivered varies training courses to both internal employees and
managers in Motorola AP region and external clients.

2. 董琦董琦
董琦女士现任摩托罗拉亚太区人力资源部资深经理。她毕业于北京大学及美国城市
大学，分别获得学士及 MBA 学位。她于 2006 年 10 月在清华大学经管学院 EMBA
（ HR ）进修，之后于 2008 年 3 月赴美国耶鲁大学学习，获得情商智慧管理课程的
讲师资格。董琦女士自 1994 年加入摩托罗拉公司以来，在人才招聘、选拔、渠道开
发与管理、员工关系与沟通、绩效管理、领导人梯队建设与发展及项目管理等方面有十
多年的实践管理经验。她在摩托罗拉全球 / 亚太区及中国区人力资源管理实践中多次获
嘉奖，并获 CEO 特别颁发的全球领导力发展突出贡献奖及中国区总裁颁发的最佳人才
培育奖。近年来，做为摩托罗拉公司经理人培训、新员工培训、职业道德，结构化面试
等课程的授权讲师及美国耶鲁大学情商智慧管理的认证讲师，她为亚太区及中国区的经
理人、各部门员工提供了培训与管理咨询，并为超过 10000 名全国重点高校的目标毕
业生提供了职业定位及发展的咨询与辅导。
