CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--While companies strive to keep pace in an exceedingly
complex,
fast-changing business world, those who invest in leadership training
can obtain an edge over the competition. Bell
Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in executive education and
development, gives companies a cost-effective way to build leadership by
offering a Train-the-Trainer
program. Through this, trainers can become certified to teach Achievers
I, an intensive 3-day leadership development program requiring
participants to undergo rigorous feedback on their personal and
leadership effectiveness.
Since the program's inception in 2005, Bell Leadership has trained more
than 48 trainers in 25 companies. To date, over 3,300 people have
graduated from Bell's trainer-taught programs.
Dr.
Gerald D. Bell, Founder and CEO of Bell Leadership, and lead
architect of the Train-the-Trainer Achievers Program, says, "The success
of a company depends on the strength of its leadership. In the long run,
building leaders makes good business sense, giving companies a distinct
market advantage. By training trainers to lead in-house Achievers
programs, companies can reach deeper levels within their organizations
-- building more leaders at an effective cost."
Due to increasing popularity of Bell's Train-the-Trainer model, the
institute has licensed seminars to include Achievers II. The first group
2. of trainers will be receiving certification this October and rolling-out
the seminar in their companies by the end of this year.
Julie
Thomas, Director of Operations at Heartland
Dental Care, and a Bell-certified trainer since 2005, describes the
benefits of Bell's in-house program: "Being able to bring this great
information back to our direct reports, peers and company leaders has
been the most humbling and fulfilling experience from a workplace
perspective; it is amazing to watch people growing personally and
professionally with efficiency and depth."
Bell's Fundamentals
of Training program, the first step towards trainer certification,
will be held on August 19 - 20, 2013.
