Bell Leadership Expands Licensing of Seminars in Response
to Surge in In-House Training
CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--While companies strive to keep pace in an exceedingly
complex,
fast-changing business world, those who invest in leadership training
can obtain an edge over the competition. Bell
Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in executive education and
development, gives companies a cost-effective way to build leadership by
offering a Train-the-Trainer
program. Through this, trainers can become certified to teach Achievers
I, an intensive 3-day leadership development program requiring
participants to undergo rigorous feedback on their personal and
leadership effectiveness.
Since the program's inception in 2005, Bell Leadership has trained more
than 48 trainers in 25 companies. To date, over 3,300 people have
graduated from Bell's trainer-taught programs.
Dr.
Gerald D. Bell, Founder and CEO of Bell Leadership, and lead
architect of the Train-the-Trainer Achievers Program, says, "The success
of a company depends on the strength of its leadership. In the long run,
building leaders makes good business sense, giving companies a distinct
market advantage. By training trainers to lead in-house Achievers

Due to increasing popularity of Bell's Train-the-Trainer model, the
institute has licensed seminars to include Achievers II. The first group
of trainers will be receiving certification this October and rolling-out
