1. Shobhana P Ravi
Shobhana has been a management professional for 31 years in Information Technology,
Learning & Development and Change Management. Projects that demand conceptualizing,
planning and implementing technologies for competitive advantage are her forte.
Currently as Chief – IT, Innovation & Learning Officer, at Tractors & Farm Equipment Limited
(a global Top 3 Tractor manufacturer). She leads the IT, Learning & Development, Business
Excellence & Knowledge Management. She anchors Vision to Reality Plan of the company
and its deployment along with the Execution Excellence Initiative
Implementing SAP in 1999 in a record seven months, introducing industry leading
technologies innovatively in B2B, B2C and employee portal, Dealer Management system on
Cloud, Mobility solutions and leading TAFE on its EFQM Business Excellence journey in the
organization are a few of her career highlights.
She has been awarded the GOLD CIO award of CIOL enterprise Connect Award twice and the
CIO Magazine CIO-100 Award in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2015. She was honored with the special
award Cloud Conqueror and “The Hall of Fame” in 2015.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Loyola Institute of Business
Administration (University of Madras) and Leadership development program from Wharton
School of Management and Post Graduate qualifications in Computer Design, System
Analysis and Data processing.
Shobhana is passionate about leadership coaching and change management. She is a
Certified Executive Coach from Results Coaching System, US and a Certified Business
excellence assessor for CII EXIM Business Excellence Model.
She drives Learning & development and has brought in the best practices w.r.t Development
programmes for all levels including Senior Business leaders, has spent considerable time in
Competency Framework development and bringing in the culture of knowledge sharing, KM
and E-learning to the organization through innovative concepts.
She is an avid reader with a preference for books on Indian philosophy and spirituality. Yoga
is an integral part of her life. She also loves travelling, building deep relationships and
observing various cultures first hand. She is married to Ravi Kesavan, a businessman and
has a daughter who is a finance professional.
